Eagle Ranch Resort, Port Dickson

Located at Port Dickson. I spend a night there with my family. Eagle ranch resort
I don't know why I can manage to take a photo without any people inside. Quite fully book on the day I went. Look like a ghost town?

reception

What a fruits....

I stayed at Bandwagon. they got 4 types of rooms. I think Bandwagon and tepee is the cheepest.

Tips for Bandwagon: Request for ground room, cooler and they some they have chairs outside.
Upstairs room are hotter, but you get another "floor"(photo below)

Inside bandwagon: toilet, not very clean.

2 single beds. Tv without cable channel. only local channel

See the stairs to upstairs, another small area up there, about 6'x10'. I didn't go up cos super duper hot and humid up there. like sauna

Activities at the resort.

1) volleyball (foc) Can get the ball from the counter

2) horse cart- super expensive RM10 per pax, Kid below 3 is free

Go Cart - RM 20 for 5 rounds (the round not very big)

3) Canoe - RM 20 for 30 minutes

4) Archery - RM 10 for 15 arrows

5) Horse Riding - RM 10 for 2 laps
6) paint ball - RM 45
7) obstacle course and management games (min 15 pax)
you can find the activities and pricing in the website. As my conclusion, this resort are not meant for family vacation, cos mostly the activites need 15 pax minimun and the price not cheap (expensive)
The beach are located 10 minutes away. The water are not really clean

Look clean? is not

Kampung House. Also the place for canoe. The water dirty

My kids on horse riding

Kids on go-kart

The pool

And Jacuzzi

Can see why I said the water is dirty....

Obstacle with flygin fox I guess, Didn't try cos RM 20 for one element. total about 15 parts and will cost RM 300 per person to finish one round.... oh my gosh, crazy....

Archery.

Tepee, no toilet attached. shared toilet outside

Log cabin....

I had my dinner the hotel too, price range from RM 12 (fried noodle and rice) to RM 20 (western food)
My conclusion are:
1) Promotional room rates are cheap but once you are there, all the games are so expensive
2) Suitable for groups adult and not family with kids (lots of activities need 15 pax)
3) Once is enough, will not go back again

Ibu Oka's suckling pig

They have 2 restaurants now, Ibu Oka and Ibu Oka 2. Both also located at Ubud. So famous that everybody said is a must when you visit Bali. Should give it a try and judge it yourself as I believe different people has different taste.
Ibu Oka address: In between Jalan Suweta and Jalan Tegal Sari. No.2, Ubud, Bali. (can ask any taxi at ubud and they can bring u there)

I visited Ibu Oka in my previous visit, and this time I choose to visit the Ibu Oka 2.
Much more confortable.

See, the area is bigger, double storey and with proper table and chair, don't have to sit with leg folded. Not sure about the crowd as I reached that at 3 pm

About RP30,000 for a plate, if you like avocado, remember to order the avocado juice here, very nice.

I like it with lots of chillies

Signage

Saw this sign along the road at Bali, Just in case you rent a car and this mean do not stop along the road. We don't have this sign in Malaysia....

food court, kuta beach

Located in between mercure hotel and mcdonald at kuta. Entrace to Poppies lane 1.
Once you walk in, every stall will be shouting and calling you. just choose a place and sit down. I noticed that all the picture at the stall are same. I think there is only one kitchen.....sigh

but the food is ok.

I order soup noodle. lots of msg

Friend noodle. nice and tasty. RP 20,000

Friend Fried RP 20,000. very sweet, i think they put sugar fried it

The best. sweet and sour soup RP 10,000

There is a spa located inside this food court. Never ever walk in, i pay for 2 hours and she only do 1.5 hours. shoulder and body massage like somebody touching you softly.....sigh. ask her harder and she couldn't be bother....very very bad

Balinese Food, Bali

Located at Sanur, if you pass by this area, do give it a try. Authentic Balinese food.

Nice environment

Served with super duper chillies

this is Nasi campur. RP 45,000. A little bit of everything.

This is the best. called cumi-cumi means squid RP50,000. The squid cook to the perfection, so soft and tasty.

Famous in Bali for their bebek goreng (fried duck). RP60,000. I find it a bit too dry. Like they fried it for too long but the taste is good.

Nusa Dua, Bali

Nusa Dua, famous for their motorsport. If you cater a car, they will normally bring you to this area cos the driver will get a commission if you engage them.
If you walk down further, you will find others that offer cheaper price

tubbing....look fun

Flying fish, per person about RP150,000. I didn't really nego cos we are in hurry for lunch, so try it. Parasailing they offer me for RP100,000 per person. I think can nego further if you take a few sport at a time.

You will walk pass this hotel. look fantastic from outside. Will consider to stay here if I decided to stay in nusa dua next time. The Royal Santrian
